Try it at home, with your baby too. Doesn’t fit? Send it back within 30 days: clean, free of stains or smells, with label and box. You’ll get your money back within 10 business days.

How: Send info@qoale.com your order number. We’ll send you the return address and instructions. We check it within 5 business days and refund within 10 business days, to your original payment method.

Return shipping is yours, unless it arrived damaged or incorrect. Then we cover it. Just email us right away.

Your legal 14-day right of withdrawal always applies. Our 30 days come on top of it.
