From what age and weight can I use it?
From newborn at 3.2 kg up to 15 kg. No separate infant insert needed.
Is it really hip-healthy?
The seat holds baby in the ergonomic “M” position and is acknowledged as hip-healthy by the IHDI. It also carries CE and PD CEN/TR 16512:2015 conformity.
Which carrying positions are possible?
Three: inward-facing, front-facing and back-carrying, set with the outer buttons and the adjustable seat.
Will it fit me — and my partner?
It’s one size and fully adjustable — the straps and hip belt open wide and cinch small, so it fits most body types and both parents.
How do the 30-day trial and returns work?
Try it at home, with your baby too. Doesn’t fit? Send it back within 30 days: clean, free of stains or smells, with label and box. You’ll get your money back within 10 business days. Email info@qoale.com with your order number. Return shipping is yours unless it arrived damaged or incorrect.
How fast is shipping?

Can it go in the washing machine?
Yes, at 30 °C on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent (a hand-wash or wool programme is ideal). No bleach or fabric softener. Hang it up to dry, not in the dryer.
