How it works

2. Send it back. Within 30 days of delivery: clean, free of stains or smells, with label and box.
3. Money back. We check it within 5 business days and refund within 10 business days, to your original payment method.

Return costs

Return shipping is yours, unless it arrived damaged or incorrect. Then we cover it. Just email us right away.

Want a different colour?

Send it back for a refund and place a new order for the colour you want.

Your legal 14-day right of withdrawal always applies. Our 30 days come on top of it.
