From what age and weight can I use it?
From newborn at 3.2 kg up to 15 kg — one carrier for the whole journey, no separate infant insert needed.
Is it really hip-healthy?
The seat holds baby in the ergonomic “M” position and is acknowledged as hip-healthy by the IHDI. It also carries CE and PD CEN/TR 16512:2015 conformity.
Which carrying positions are possible?
Three: inward-facing, front-facing and back-carrying, set with the outer buttons and the adjustable seat.
Will it fit me / both of us?
It’s one size and fully adjustable — the straps and hip belt open wide and cinch small, so it fits most body types and both parents.
How do the 30-day trial and returns work?
Try it at home for 30 days from delivery. To return, items must be unused with original tags and packaging; email info@qoale.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How fast is shipping?
Netherlands next business day; Germany & Belgium 1–3 days; rest of EU 1–5 days; worldwide 7–14 days. Tracking by email; dispatched daily except Sundays and public holidays.
Do the colourways differ in features?
No — all five share the same ergonomics, certifications and adjustability. The difference is fabric and colour.
